Either Rubber sole or Felt sole, both of which are supplied with a pack of 12 screw in wading studs.

We have the boots in sizes 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13. Please choose the size and sole of your choice from drop down menus

One size larger than your every day shoe size seems the best choice.
